1. Purpose

This Guarantee Policy explains how Human Connection Chain (“HCC”) supports Users by providing access to third-party investment options that offer principal protection, and under what conditions Users may be eligible for refunds, as guided through our platform.

 

2. Scope

This policy applies to all Users who engage with HCC to access guides and tools in order that allows a comprehensive way to participate in collective investment managed by third-party providers, using our step-by-step mentoring.

 

3. Principal Protection Guidance

HCC does not provide refunds for purchased manuals or subscriptions. Once manuals or data materials have been delivered, the digital content remains the property of HCC while being granted to the customer for indefinite use. Because digital goods cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded, all such purchases are considered final and non-refundable. 

HCC helps Users understand how to access investments that include a principal guarantee under specific conditions, such as:

  • The fund fails to reach its minimum subscription target within the set timeframe on the third-party platforms.

  • Regulatory issues or unforeseen external factors block market entry.

Note: HCC itself does not issue or manage these guarantees. We guide Users to providers that offer such protections and help navigate their terms. This guarantee does not cover profits or expected returns for third-party platforms.

 

4. Third-party Refund Process Support

If refund conditions are met according to the third-party fund’s terms:

  • HCC will notify Users via email and dashboard alerts.

  • We will guide Users step-by-step to request and track refunds.

  • Refunds are processed by the third-party platform within 14 business days to the original payment method (unless otherwise stated).

  • The refund amount will equal the original sum invested on the third-party platforms, excluding any additional gains, interest, or other accrued value.

 

5. Third-party Exceptions

Refunds may not apply once funds are invested into market instruments, except in cases where:

  • The third-party provider allows for exceptions due to extraordinary circumstances (e.g., legal rulings or significant market failure).

  • Force majeure events occur (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest), and the provider initiates refund processes.

HCC supports Users in understanding and acting on these scenarios, but does not execute refunds directly.

 

6. Third-party Reserve Mechanisms

Some third-party providers maintain reserve funds or insurance to support their own guarantee policies. HCC will provide access to these details through fund prospectuses and help Users interpret the conditions.

 

7. User Acknowledgement

By using HCC’s platform and support services, Users acknowledge that:

  • HCC does not manage or hold investment funds.

  • Principal protection is available only through third-party policies, which we help facilitate.

  • Investment returns made via Third-party platforms are subject to market conditions and are never guaranteed.
