HCC is an educational and support platform, not an investment company, fund manager, or financial advisor. We do not collect, hold, invest, transfer, or manage User funds.

Here’s what we provide:

✔️ Learning Platform & Tools:
We offer structured educational manuals, training materials, video modules, and detailed step-by-step instructions to help Users understand how treasury-style pooled investments work on third-party platforms.

✔️ Guidance & Mentoring:
If needed we can provide personalized assistance, helping Users understanding the manuals, creating accounts, completing KYC verification, understanding fund structures, identifying principal-protected opportunities, and use third-party dashboards safely.

✔️ Navigation Support to Third-Party Platforms:
We guide Users how to interact with external investment platforms and tools. All transactions, fund management, payouts, returns, and refunds occur exclusively through third-party providers, never through HCC.

✔️ Principal Protection Guidance:
We help Users identify platforms and investment pools that include principal-protection features. These protections are provided solely by third-party platforms, not by HCC.

✔️ Refund Support:
If a third-party fund fails to reach its target or is canceled, we guide Users through the refund process. Refunds are issued by the external provider—typically within 14 business days, depending on their policies.

✔️ Transparency:
All fees, processes, timelines, and third-party requirements are fully explained before Users proceed.

✔️ Privacy & Data Protection:
User data is handled in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, and is used only for onboarding, mentoring, and facilitating access to third-party platforms.

1. Introduction

Welcome to Human Connection Chain (“HCC”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our educational platform, which provides learning resources, tools, guidance, and mentoring to help Users access, understand, and safely utilize third-party treasury-style investment platforms.

By accessing or using our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using our services.

2. Definitions

User:
Any individual or entity that uses the HCC platform for learning, guidance, and mentoring.

Third-Party Platform:

  • External companies and applications that manage investment funds, pooled treasury products, refunds, withdrawals, payouts, and dashboard operations.

Investment:

  • Funds contributed by Users directly into third-party platforms never handled by HCC.

  • Educational Services

  • Training modules, tutorials, guides, webinars, and mentoring support provided by HCC.

Guidance:

  • Non-financial assistance helping Users understand investment options, platform features, principal protections, and refund procedures offered by third parties.

3. Eligibility

To use the HCC platform, Users must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Be a Nigerian citizen or lawful resident

  • Complete HCC’s onboarding and KYC learning requirements

  • Understand that HCC is not a financial advisor, broker, bank, or fund manager

  • Acknowledge that investments involve inherent risks

4. Services Provided by HCC

HCC only provides educational and guidance services. Specifically, we help Users to:

4.1 Learning & Tools

  • Access training on how to evaluate treasury-style pooled investments

  • Understand key investment terminology

  • Read and interpret third-party policies and dashboards

  • Learn safe digital finance practices

4.2 Mentorship & Guided Support

  • Assistance with completing registration on external platforms

  • Walkthroughs for setting investment preferences

  • Understanding the processes for returns, maturities, and refund eligibility

4.3 Navigation Support

We guide Users through:

  • Using third-party dashboards

  • Monitoring fund progress

  • Identifying principal-protected pools

  • Completing required platform verifications

  • Important Disclosure

HCC does not handle money, does not guarantee returns, and does not provide professional financial advice.
All investments are made directly on third-party platforms.

5. Guarantee & Refund Policy (Through Third-Party Platforms)


5.1 Principal Protection Guidance

HCC educates Users on how to identify principal-protected funds offered by third-party platforms. All protections are determined and executed solely by third-party providers.

5.2 Refund Process Support

If a third-party investment fund fails to meet its target, is canceled, or does not mature as expected, HCC will:

  • Explain the refund policy

  • Guide Users step-by-step on how to request their refund

  • Help Users submit necessary documentation

  • Refunds are issued directly by the fund provider, typically within 14 business days, depending on their policies.

5.3 Limitations

Once a fund is deployed by the third-party provider, refunds may become restricted or unavailable.

HCC has no control over refund decisions, processing times, amounts, or outcomes.

HCC does not reimburse, compensate, or refund Users for third-party losses.

6. Risk Disclosure

Users acknowledge that:

  • All investments carry risk

  • Returns are not guaranteed

  • Third-party delays may occur

  • Market conditions may affect fund performance

  • HCC provides guidance only not financial guarantees

7. User Obligations

Users must:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Comply with Nigerian regulations, including AML and data protection laws

  • Use the HCC platform responsibly and lawfully

8. Fees & Charges

  • HCC does not charge extra fees for educational or guidance services

  • Third-party platforms may charge fees for transactions, withdrawals, or platform use

  • All fees will be disclosed by the respective provider

  • Any HCC bonuses or commissions will be communicated transparently

9. Withdrawals & Payouts (Third-Party Responsibility Only)

HCC does not process or handle User withdrawals. All payouts and fund returns are completed through third-party investment providers.

Requirements from Third-Party Platforms:

  • Users must have an OPay account

  • The OPay account name must match the NIN information

  • Users must keep their phone number and email active to receive maturity notifications

  • Users have 15 days to confirm the transfer once notified

  • Share returns are paid only to OPay wallets

  • Maximum share return payout is ₦200,000 per month, with excess amounts paid in installments

  • This limit ensures fairness, reduces fraud risk, and maintains operational stability

10. Intellectual Property

All educational content, branding materials, guides, videos, and platform features are owned exclusively by HCC. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

In compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023:

  • User data is collected only for onboarding, mentorship, and platform access

  • Data is shared only with third-party platforms when necessary for registration

  • HCC does not sell User data

  • Users may request data deletion according to NDPA guidelines

12. Limitation of Liability

HCC is not liable for:

  • Financial losses resulting from third-party investments

  • Returns, delays, or failures related to external platforms

  • Technical issues or downtime on third-party providers

  • User errors, misinformation, or misinterpretation of guidance

  • HCC’s liability is strictly limited to the educational and mentoring services we provide.

13. Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by Nigerian law.

  • Disputes must first go through mediation with HCC.

  • If unresolved, arbitration will follow under Nigerian arbitration rules.

14. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate a User's access for:

  • Providing false information

  • Violating platform rules

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Misuse of HCC content or tools

  • Pending mentoring or support requests may still be completed at HCC’s discretion.

15. Amendments

HCC may update these Terms periodically.
Users will be notified through email or platform alerts.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updates.
